Designed to give you the maximum maneuverability, speed, and riding comfort, the MFC’s San Carlos windsurf fin works excellently for wave sailing in waters with seaweed. Its initial curve on the leading edge lets seaweed effortlessly slide from your fin so that you can focus 100% on your windsurfing.

Developed in San Carlos, Baja, California, the Maui Fin Company shaped the SC Weed Wave similarly to the MFC Eight, a wave model that MFC designed with Keith Teboul. This windsurf fin works well for all-around wave sailing, whatever the wave condition is.

From beginners to expert-level sailors, the WSC Weed fin offers grass and seaweed protection from hampering your windsurfing experience. This top-grade weed fin features a steep curve at the base designed to whip weeds away, while its traditional profile gives you the same smooth experience similar to MFC’s 211 Series fin range. It is also constructed using G-10 CNC foiled material which can withstand all wave conditions.

The MFC SC Weed Wave weighs 0.3 kg and comes in sizes 21 cm, 22 cm, 23 cm, 24 cm, and 25 cm. You can also choose from US Base and PowerBox fin boxes. US Base is for wave and freestyle boards while PowerBox is for medium and shorter fins, offering optimal stiffness ideal for freeride, freestyle, slalom, and speed.
